We're going back to the basics in our sewing machine 101 class! With this 2 hour class, you will learn step by step through all the essentials needed for a fun and inspiring experience.

This is perfect for beginners and those who need a quick refresher class.

During this class you will learn:

- Necessary sewing terminology

- Equipment needed

- Different types of stitches and seam finishes you can do with your machine

- How to correctly thread and make a bobbin for your machine

- Tips and tricks for sewing straight lines

- Sewing machine safety

Age range is 6 and up. Parents are welcome to come and support their child at no extra cost.

By the end of this class, you will have completed a seam sampler that you can take home.

**Students are encouraged to bring their own machines, with necessary accessories (power cord, foot pedal) and instruction manuals. We have 3 machine available in the studio if you don’t have your own. Please call ahead to inquire**
