Perfect for beginner level students who have little-to-none or some experience. Bring your creative spirit and a notebook to class and let’s start your sewing journey! In this 6-class series, students will learn and/or refresh upon basic home-sewing machine operating skills, and use those skills to develop pattern layout, fabric cutting sewing construction, and finishing techniques.

Students will complete two major projects to construct two wearable items. Depending on each student’s pace and if time permits we will create an accessory item as well.

If you have taken a sewing classes with us in the past, please note the projects for this program will be different from what has been constructed in prior programs and workshops.

Important:
Due to Stephanie’s limited availability, we are unable to provide make-up classes for missed classes. Should a student miss a class, we will in our best efforts try to catch students up during regular class times. Additionally, due to the small class size required for this program (6 students), we will not be able to accommodate any credits for missed classes nor will we be able to provide refunds less than 14 days prior to the start of the program. Please ensure you are able to commit to the class days and times prior to purchasing.

**Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines, with necessary accessories (power cord, foot pedal) and instruction manuals. We have 6 machines available in the studio if you don’t have your own. You can reserve a machine within the registration form upon adding this class to your cart**
