Hey Artists! To enter a submission to The Wonder Wall, please fill out the form below. Once the form is submitted, you must email an image of each art piece to theartstudiorvc@gmail.com with the title of the work in the file name. Submissions are due by Friday, November 1st, 2024!
All submissions will be reviewed prior to acceptance. A submission fee is only due once work is accepted into the fair after meeting the Art Submission Requirements & Terms in the section below. We will notify you of your acceptance into the fair by Friday, November 15th!

Art Submission Requirements & Terms
General Requirements:
- Eligibility: Artists must be Adults (18+) Only.
- Content: Art content must be PG.
- Art Price Range
- Originals: $50 - $300 per piece
- Editions / Prints: $20 - $100 per piece
- Types of Art Medium: Most fine arts are acceptable (no crafts) - Acrylic, pastel, watercolors, oils, drawing, mixed media, collage, printmaking, photography, digital art, or fiber art. Pieces must be done on canvas or paper, with a maximum size of 16in x 20in. All art must be “ready to hang”. Works on paper must be mounted (i.e. mat board). Frames cannot be thicker than 3/4in. Lost Dog Frame & Art is offering a 15% discount to any artist with framing needs for the Wonder Wall!
- Submission Limit: Up to 3 pieces of art per artist. An edition series (i.e. prints) that can be stacked count as "1 piece" (up to 20 prints).
Art Display:
All work will be either be hung on our wall display system, hung directly on our wall, hung on a tall standing rack, or displayed upright on a table (we provide necessary easels or stands). The art will be on display from Saturday, December 14th through Friday, December 20th so additional sales can be made up to a week after the date of the event. We will create labels to be placed under each art piece, which will include the title, medium, and artist name. Artists may choose to send us a QR code if they wish to have that presented under their work as well.
Fees & Payments:
- Submission Fee: This covers the studio's cost to host the event. Fees are $15 for the first piece, then $10 for each additional piece. Fees are only due if submissions are accepted. Fees can be paid via Zelle or Cash.
- Commissions: The Art Studio will take no commission on sales. The artist will receive full payment directly from the customer.
- Payment Acceptance Information: Artist must provide payment information in order to receive proceeds from sales: We suggest Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or QR Code. The Art Studio will not collect sales on artist behalf, but will provide artist payment method to purchasers.
Submission Deadline: Friday, November 1st by 9PM
Drop-off / Pick-up:
Submissions can be dropped off at the studio during our regular hours Mon-Thur 4-8PM, Fri 4-6:30PM, or Sat 10-2PM. Drop-off must occur by Friday, December 6th by 6:30PM or entries will not be able to participate in the fair. We will keep the art on display at the studio from Saturday, December 14th through Friday, December 20th. Art must be picked up between Friday, December 20th - Saturday, December 21st. Art that isn't picked up will be put into storage at the artist's own risk and liability.
Responsibilities:
The Art Studio will take reasonable precautions to keep the Artist's work safe and secure between the point of drop-off and the point of pick-up. By submitting you agree that The Art Studio is not liable for any damages that occur while your art work is in our possession. The Artist is responsible for dropping the artwork off at the studio by Friday, December 6th and picking the artwork up from the studio between Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st.
Our space is approximately 800 sq ft and includes a wall display system, as well as extra wall space, table space, and rack space for up to 75 total works of art of varying sizes.
